Probably because you need to replace the control board, which they conveniently will not sell you. Thanks Anajet for your awesome support. Hi all, I'm having an issue with the end result of my DTG . I have a Anajet Sprint and the actual is fine. Colors look vibriant when the printer is done and before I heat press. However, all prints look faded after heat pressing. I am using Anajet Anabrite ink to print with. Heat press is set to 330 for 90sec.

after sending a print job from ekprint to the sprint, instead of hitting the big green button, hit the ENTER button. This will automate the print process between the white underbase and the color layer. Also, try setting the contrast to -1 and the brightness to +15 for most all of your prints and compare the output difference.
